Where we start, and what can follow.

Two ways in, depending on the question you're asking. Then, if useful, two ways to go further. Each step is decided at the end of the previous one, never before.

Two ways in

First way in

Ordre de marche

"We want to move on AI, and we don't know where to start."

Three 45-minute meetings over three weeks, to make your AI priorities clear against your strategy and your profitability. In between, a file already filled in that you correct, then the map of your processes reviewed with your team. At the end, three workstreams, each carried by someone on your team. The engagement runs in French.

For
You, then two or three of your people
Format
Three weeks, three meetings, one hour of corrections
Output
A plan of three workstreams, presented before it's sent.

Second way in

Strategic conversations

"What does AI change about my business model?"

We reread your business model through the AI lens. We decide what matters, what can wait, what will never be relevant for your company.

For
The executive, alone
Format
2 to 4 sessions of 2 hours
Output
A framing note. Nothing that looks like consulting deliverables.

What can follow, if you ask for it

Then

Executive committee immersion

A field day with your leadership team. Active demystification: we handle, we challenge, we discuss real cases from your company.

For
The full leadership team
Format
One day, on-site, at your premises
Output
A shared map of AI levers.

Then

Deployment advisory

On one or two initiatives chosen together. Scoping, prioritization, avoidance of classic mistakes, hiring arbitrage. The goal: your team stands on its own at the end.

For
The project team
Format
Three to nine months, cadence to be agreed
Output
Operational autonomy.

In practice, it rarely runs as one block. The ordre de marche ends when the workstreams launch: your teams carry them. If an immersion or deployment advisory makes sense afterwards, it's a separate engagement, with its own framing, decided then and not before.

Additional

Team AI awareness. Alongside the main modes, I also work with small teams to transmit the right reflexes toward AI and open the scope of what's possible. Not technical training: a strategic, concrete upgrade, calibrated so each person leaves with a clear idea of what they can do on Monday morning.

Billing

Fixed fee per engagement. No retainer, no subscription. The first conversation is without commitment.

The simplest way to know which door to take is to talk about it.
