What this site collects

Nothing. No form, no account, no cookie, no advertising tracker, no audience measurement tool. One thing is written in your browser: your language choice, in local storage, which is never sent to me. Fonts are served with the site: your browser contacts no third-party service to display them. The host keeps technical connection logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and operation of the service, retained briefly under its privacy policy.

When you write to me

Your name, address and the content of your message are used to reply to you and follow up on our exchange, nothing else. They stay in my professional mailbox, are passed on to no one, and are deleted three years after our last contact if no engagement followed. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in answering whoever contacts me, then pre-contractual steps if an engagement takes shape.

During an engagement

Recordings of our meetings, their transcripts, the collection file and the documents you entrust to me are stored on my professional tools, accessible to me alone. I use an AI assistant to transcribe and organise; I will tell you which one, and under what contract, on request. Nothing an employee says is attributed in my documents, and nothing leaves your file without your written consent. Three months after the final meeting, I delete recordings, transcripts and working files. What remains is the plan you received, and an anonymised case note used to improve my method, which you may decline. The engagement letter restates these commitments.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability: a word to christophe@bo3p.com is enough, I answer within a month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

The texts, diagrams and images on this site are mine unless stated otherwise. You may quote a short passage with a link to the page; for more, ask me. The logos of the companies mentioned belong to their owners and appear for reference only.
