§ 05 — First exchange

One email. One reply. Then thirty minutes, if it's the right moment.

No form, no shared calendar. You write two or three lines — your company, your question. I reply within the day, and we find a slot together if it's pertinent.

Reply within the day.
What comes next

First thirty-minute exchange. If it's pertinent, we frame two to four strategic sessions. Otherwise, we stop there. No commitment follows the email — I propose, you decide.

What we do in thirty minutes
  1. You describe your company and your question.

  2. I tell you honestly if I can be useful.

  3. If so, we agree on the terms. If not, I point you elsewhere.

  4. Nothing to prepare. No slides, no questionnaire.

If a short answer isn't enough, the case and my method give a clearer idea of how I frame the topic.
