Twenty years of scaling. Three years of AI at scale. An acquisition in progress.
In twenty years as an entrepreneur, I've lived through three journeys from zero to sixty people and beyond. Ordissimo, which I founded in 2002 — hardware and software for seniors, 80 people, listed on Euronext in 2018. Merci Julie, which I founded in 2017 — home-based occupational therapy, 50 people, social economy. And GetVocal, AI voice agents, which I joined in 2023 at near-inception as operating partner: growth from 0 to 70 people and AI deployment at our enterprise clients — Equans, Glovo, Movistar, Europcar, Austrian Post, Assursafe. In parallel, I've been founding partner of 50 Partners since 2011, an early-stage accelerator and fund founded by the entrepreneurs behind BlaBlaCar, PriceMinister, Reworld, La Redoute, Datadome and others. Over 200 active participations.
The combination of these experiences convinced me that there's a gap — between consulting firms that sell projects and software vendors that sell licenses — for a partner who holds two skills rarely found in the same person: that of an entrepreneur who has scaled a company from zero, and that of an operator who has seen AI deployed in production at large enterprises. That dual competence is what I bring.
I'm currently acquiring a B2B services SME. It's a particular moment: I'm returning to the executive's seat, with the reading grid GetVocal gave me. In parallel, I advise a handful of executives on the same path.
